G'day all

My wife and I @ aged 40 plus decided we wanted to buy our first home so we checked out loan brokers we first have one in Adelaide that had ago but due to my employment stasis (casual) and my wife had only been full time employed less than 4 months the crowd from Adelaide couldn't or wouldn't help us.

So then I jumped on the net and inquired in about a dozen different loan brokers and One Financial Corporation in Sydney was the first one to get in touch with me, they took some details from me and rang me back in about 20 mins and said yeah we can do this. Remembering I'm an interstate truck driver and my wife is an apprentice Chef so neither of us work normal working hour e.g. 9am till 5:30 pm, all of our corresponding was done via email or mobile phone, One Financial talks straight there's no bank talk, which hey great because I wouldn't know what they were on about anyway. I believe One Financial busted their balls to get our loan.

We got the loan though Now we have our own little bit of Australia Till this day I have never meet the One Financial Team but when ever we are next in Sydney, when I don't have to drive my wife and I are going to catch up with the One Financial team and work on a hangover together.
