Having agreed on the lender of choice, our loan consultant will assist in collating the information required by the lender.

STEP 4
After providing our loan consultant with a completed application form along with supporting documentation, our loan consultant will submit the application and liaise with the lender until the application is unconditionally approved.

STEP 5
The lender will then send you the loan offer documents which you will need to review, sign and return. Our loan consultant will be on call to assist with any problems throughout the process.

STEP 6
Congratulations as settlement now takes place, drawdown is finalised and you qualify for One Financial’s customer care programme.
